Italy’s Rosetti Marino has announced a significant milestone with the award of a new major offshore Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract in the Mediterranean Sea, valued at over €400 million. The contract, secured in collaboration with Kerry Projects Logistics and Gruppo Antonini SpA, was granted by Mellitah Oil and Gas B.V. – Libyan Branch, a consortium comprising the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and Eni North Africa.

The project's scope includes comprehensive engineering, material procurement, construction, and load-out activities. Specifically, the contract involves the delivery of the topside for an approximately 6,000-tonne wellhead platform destined for installation off the coast of Libya.

Rosetti Marino, along with its consortium partners, is poised to leverage its extensive expertise and resources to execute the project efficiently. The company has committed to completing the work scope by the second quarter of 2027, ensuring the timely delivery of this critical infrastructure component.

This contract underscores Rosetti Marino’s robust capabilities in the offshore EPC sector and its strategic partnership with industry leaders such as Mellitah Oil and Gas B.V. The successful execution of this project is expected to bolster the company’s reputation and footprint in the Mediterranean energy market.
