The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mr. Masoud Suleiman Musa, delivered a comprehensive update on Libya's oil and gas production rates during a strategic meeting with the Prime Minister, His Excellency Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh. The meeting, held at the Prime Minister’s office in Tripoli’s Al-Sikka Road headquarters, underscored the pivotal role of the energy sector in Libya’s economic recovery and growth.

The detailed report presented by Mr. Musa revealed that as of Sunday, daily crude oil production has reached 1,419,958 barrels, accompanied by condensate production of 52,075 barrels and natural gas output equivalent to 205,741 barrels of oil. This brings the total daily production to an impressive 1,677,774 barrels. These figures not only highlight Libya's robust production capabilities but also reflect the sector's resilience amidst ongoing challenges.

Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh praised the NOC’s significant achievements and reiterated the Government of National Unity’s unwavering support for the corporation’s initiatives aimed at enhancing production and ensuring stability in the energy sector. He emphasized that the oil and gas industry remains a cornerstone of Libya’s economic infrastructure and a critical driver of national development.
