A technical and financial meeting was held in Benghazi between the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and the Arabian Gulf Oil Company to discuss the 2024 agenda. The meeting was attended by the Chairman and members of the company's management committee, the General Director of NOC's Oil Industries Division, the General Director of the NOC branch in Benghazi, as well as department heads and specialists from both sides, alongside representatives from the Oil Research Center.

The discussions focused on the company’s activities regarding the Tobruk and Sarir refineries, with a special emphasis on the Tobruk Refinery Development Project. The meeting also covered ongoing and upcoming projects, as well as reviewing the proposed 2025 budget.
