The Arab Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) has made significant strides in boosting oil production in Libya. As part of the National Oil Corporation's (NOC) strategic plans, AGOCO has successfully completed comprehensive maintenance on two key oil wells in the Sarir and Hamada oil fields.

Sarir Oil Field:

- Well No. L84: After being offline since 2021, this well has undergone thorough maintenance. The results are promising, with production capacity now exceeding 580 barrels per day.

Hamada Oil Field:

- **Well No. VO1 - NC8A**: This well, which has been non-operational since 2015, has also been successfully brought back online. It is now producing over 320 barrels per day.

These achievements underline AGOCO's commitment to enhancing production efficiency and contributing to the growth of Libya's oil industry.
